Warranty Policy

AR LED Products are given a warranty of two years which may extend to (5) five years with certain conditions.

General Warranty Terms and Conditions:-

All fixtures are covered for mechanical / production defects and deforming of the product for two years.

All chips & drivers are also coverd by a warranty of two years.

In two years products are mostly changed with a new one or can be repaired with new components, depending on the product category.

The replacement time in NCR may take maximum upto 72 hrs from the time of complaint.

7-10 days time for location other than NCR.

Product must not be modified by the client else no warranty can be availed.

All complaints for warranty must be communicated officially though mail at company mail ids.

All warranty voids if products are not installed as per installation guidance and conditions provided or communicated at the time of supply.

All warranty voids, if the input supply is more than 220 VAC maximum to 300 VAC.

No warranty can be availed if there are payment disputes or non payment of outstanding bills.

Client must inform the geographical area where the products are getting installed specially in case of costal areas.

All product are supposed to be run with a regulated constant voltage supply system possibly controlled by a servo system.

Note :- Warranty can be extended in special cases depending on project and with additional charges.

AR Lighting reserves the right to change the policy without any prior notice. all disputes are subject to Delhi jurisdiction.
